Fresh pork and chicken offal is skewered that day and grilled in the open air to create juicy and delicious motsuyaki, yakiton, and yakitori! You can also try the salt version, which is infused with the flavor of the ingredients and the aroma of charcoal, or the secret sauce! The stewed and sashimi motsu are very tasty.
